SANTA MARILYN COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITION

2) The selection and announcement of the winners will be made through the company's Social Media pages (Facebook & Instagram).  

3) Eligibility for participation is granted to individuals who have made at least one purchase from our online store, regardless of the amount or timeframe. Employees of MARILYN BOUTIQUE, individuals directly involved in managing this promotional activity, and relatives of all the above up to the second degree are excluded.  

4) The process is as follows: From 10/12/2024 to 17/12/2024 at 12:00, participants must complete the necessary actions described in the competition announcement, declaring responsibly that they assume full responsibility for the personal data they submit.  

5) Participant information must be valid to avoid errors. Address fields should include Street, Postal Code, City, and Region. Example: Papadiamanti 10, 81100, Mytilene, Lesvos.  

6) The products selected by participants must create a complete look and be available.

7) Products must be listed with their code, color, and size if not one-size. The product code is located below the product image.  

8) Competition Prizes: The competition will take place via the e-shop, and five lucky winners will be drawn to win all the products they selected.  

9) Winners will receive their prize following communication with MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE).  

10) The winners will be chosen by our styling team, which will select the best outfits until 22/12/2024.  

11) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) reserves the right to change the date of the winner selection process.  

12) Alternate winners will be selected, to whom the competition prizes will be awarded in case they are not claimed promptly or are not awarded to the initial winner due to disqualification.  

13) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI & CO. IKE) reserves the right to announce the winners' names on the website https://www.marilynboutique.gr/ as well as on the pages https://www.instagram.com/marilyn_boutique, https://www.facebook.com/marilynboutique.gr/, and https://www.facebook.com/marilynboutique14. By participating in the competition, participants give their explicit and unconditional consent to the above publication of their names.  

14) Participation in the promotional activity implies the participant's explicit and unconditional consent for the processing of their personal data, stored in a file maintained by the Organizers as responsible for processing it through automated or non-automated means, either by themselves or through any other person they appoint on their behalf, for the purposes of this promotional activity, in accordance with Law 2472/1997, as applicable, as well as for other promotional purposes, i.e., marketing actions.  

15) If any winner declines the prize, does not meet the competition’s participation conditions, or all efforts to contact them by 27/12/2024 are unsuccessful, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner.  

16) Participation and prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The only obligation of MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) is to secure the prizes for the winners who have won.  

17) Participants agree that MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) and its associated companies, advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this promotional activity, as well as all respective executives, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, will bear no liability or are otherwise released from any liability to any lucky winner for any injury, loss, or damage resulting wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize, gift, or parts thereof.  

18) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) reserves the right to amend the competition terms or cancel it at any time, with an announcement on the website https://www.marilynboutique.gr/, as well as on the websites: https://www.instagram.com/marilyn_boutique, https://www.facebook.com/marilynboutique.gr/, and https://www.facebook.com/marilynboutique14. MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) also reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel any participation it considers violates the official terms and conditions of the draw or harms the fair and impartial conduct of the competition.  

19) Participation in the competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the above terms of participation.
