1. How can I order?
You can place your order via e-shop as a regular visitor or as a registered user. If you have any question, watch the video. Otherwise, you can talk to us via messages on Social Media (Facebook and Instagram), send us an e-mail at info@marilynboutique.gr or call +30 2251 024107. We are at your disposal Monday to Friday 09:00 until 16:00 and on Saturday 09:00 until 14:00! We will be very happy to serve you!
2. Why should I create an account on your site, I can't order without registration?
Of course you can order as a regular visitor to our e-shop! However, we recommend that you create an account on our site in order to have access to your order history and wishlist!
3. What is Wishlist?
When a product is out of stock, you are given the option of a wishlist! To activate the wishlist, simply press the Add to Wishlist button on a product. Then, choose the number you want (unless it is one size) and the update by e-mail. When the product becomes available again, an e-mail will be sent to you automatically! Be careful, always check your spam!
4. Do you ship overseas?
We serve all countries belonging to the European Union, specifically shipments can be sent to: England, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland.
5. Which carrier do you work with?
We cooperate with ELTA COURIER with nationwide coverage for the immediate, safe and reliable shipment of the products to you. For shipments to Cyprus we cooperate with Fast Parcel Cyprus (FPC) of Elta couriers. For shipments abroad belonging to the European Union (except Greece and Cyprus) we cooperate through ELTA COURIER with the EMS (Express Mail Service) service. 6. How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for the whole of Greece are €3.00, with the exception of the island of Mytilini where the shipping costs are €2.00. For Cyprus the shipping costs are €9.00, for the rest of the countries of the European Union the transport costs are automatically calculated by our system before the completion of your order.
7. How can I pay?
For phone orders or through messages you can pay by cash on delivery (you give the money to the courier) or by bank deposit (within 48 hours after placing your order you can deposit or transfer the amount of your order to the company's accounts via IBAN us. After the end of 48 hours, your order is automatically deleted from our system. After your deposit, inform us by phone, e-mail or message on Social Media so that we can speed up the process of sending your package.). If you choose to place your order through our e-shop you can choose between four payment methods: cash on delivery, bank deposit, credit/debit card or Paypal. 8. When do I get free shipping?
You have free shipping for orders over €75 and when you are a VIP member.
9. What are VIP members and how can I become one?
VIP members get -10% discount on all our non-discounted products and free shipping throughout Greece forever! To become a VIP member all your orders must be made exclusively from our online store and the total value of your purchases must be at least €500.
10. If it doesn't work for me, can I make a change?

11. Can you hold a piece for me and send it to me later?
Clothes are not reserved, but you can place an order and pay for it to reserve your products and send them whenever you want. In this case the cash on delivery method is not possible.
12. Can I see your products in person?
We only work online, there is no physical store.
13. How often do you renew your products?
Every Sunday at 18:00 and every Wednesday at 15:00 we upload videos of all our new arrivals on our Youtube channel, on our Facebook page and on our Instagram profile, then everything is available in our e-shop. You can find all our videos here. Every two to three days we renew our products, that's why we suggest you use the wishlist to be informed about the repetition of your favorite products!

Orders shipped are for retail transactions only.

Discounts are made during the season and at the end of each season there is a Bazaar with discounts of up to -60%!
