SHIPPING METHODS
Marilyn Boutique cooperates with ELTA COURIER with nationwide coverage and for the immediate, safe and reliable shipment of the products to you. For Cyprus we cooperate with Fast Parcel Cyprus (FPC) of Elta couriers. If you would like another shipping method, please contact us.
For shipments abroad belonging to the European Union (except Greece and Cyprus) we cooperate through ELTA COURIER with the EMS Service (Express Mail Service)
Regarding the orders of new customers with cash on delivery, a telephone confirmation is made for the shipment of the parcel. Your order is automatically canceled if no confirmation has been made within 48 hours of the order. Please note that clothing reservations are not made for any period of time. After completing the order, the shipment is made according to the delivery times described below.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are the cost of:
€3.00 for shipments throughout Greece and €2.00 for the island of Mytilini.
€9.00 for shipments to Cyprus. Products are shipped by air. With the exception of parcels over two kilos and bulky ones sent by sea.
For shipments to European Union countries the cost depends on the final weight of the products and the transport company. Shipping is automatically calculated by our system before completing your order. For any clarification contact us.
REPLACEMENT COSTS
Cash on delivery costs are €2.00 for Greece.
In Cyprus and abroad, for security reasons, cash on delivery is not possible.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
Products take 2-3 working days to be delivered to Greece.
In Cyprus, the products take 4-5 working days. Products are shipped by air. In the case of parcels over two kilos sent by sea, the delivery time ranges from 7-10 working days.
In remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.
In foreign countries the delivery time is 6-8 working days.

The delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of the sent parcels. Also, delivery may be delayed in the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication with you is impossible, i.e. if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to the payment of (eg your registered details are not correctly updated).
In case the product you ordered is out of stock, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives! The above prices include VAT of 17%.
